Our Services Are Free for Families

We believe finding the right care should be stress-free and transparent. That’s why our placement services are completely free to families and caregivers. You will never be charged for our help. We are paid directly by the senior living communities we work with, allowing us to support you at no cost.

Please note: We do not receive payment from insurance companies or Medicaid-funded programs. If your placement is being paid through insurance, we may still be able to help on a limited pro bono basis when possible, but our primary focus is on private-pay clients.

About Payment & Insurance

At New Beginnings Locator Senior Division , our goal is to support individuals and families in finding the right housing or senior care solutions with care and integrity. While our services are completely free to clients, we are typically paid directly by the housing communities or senior living facilities we partner with.

We do not receive payment from insurance companies, which means if you're working through a program that pays via insurance (such as Medicaid-managed long-term care etc.), we may still be able to help, but only on a limited, pro bono basis when possible.

Our focus is on serving private-pay clients and families, or those working with self-pay, retirement, or income-based options. This allows us to provide more hands-on, customized support while still keeping our services accessible and impactful.

If you're unsure whether you qualify, we still encourage you to apply we’ll do our best to guide you or connect you with someone who can help. Also, We do not run background checks, whichever Landlord/agency or facility you choose they may run their own background checks.
