Q: What is New Beginnings Locator?
A: We are a housing and placement agency helping families, individuals, and seniors find the best housing solutions — from apartments and rental homes to independent living, assisted living, memory care, and more. We proudly serve clients in multiple states with a warm, caring, and professional approach.

Q: How are you different from a realtor?
A: Unlike a traditional real estate agent, we don’t sell homes or require you to sign a lease with us. We work as your personal locator and advocate, helping you find the best available options based on your unique needs, budget, and lifestyle without the pressure of sales.

Q: Do you charge clients or renters for your services?
A: No, our housing location services are completely free for renters and families. We are compensated by properties and facilities who partner with us.

Q: Do I need to be located in a specific state to work with you?
A: We currently serve clients in Arizona, Ohio, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Nevada, Texas, and soon Tennessee but we’re always expanding! We can work with you remotely, no matter where you're starting from.

Q: What kinds of homes do you help people find?
A: We help with:

  • Apartments (including income-based and luxury)

  • Rental homes

  • Section 8 & voucher-accepting rentals (where available)

Q: Who qualifies for your apartment locating service?
A: Anyone looking for a new rental home! We work with families, single parents, working professionals, retirees, and individuals with housing challenges.

Q: How do you find housing for someone with a low credit score or previous evictions?
A: We have relationships with properties that are open to second-chance renters. We’ll be honest about your options and work to match you with landlords who may be more flexible.

Q: Can you help if I have a housing voucher or government assistance?
A: Yes! We work with Section 8, VASH, and other voucher programs. We'll help you identify properties that accept vouchers and walk you through the steps.

Q: How long does it take to find housing?
A: It depends on your needs and availability in your area, but most clients receive leads within 1–5 business days.

SENIOR LIVING PLACEMENT SERVICES

Q: What senior care options do you help with?
A: We help families find:

  • Independent Living Communities

  • Assisted Living Facilities

  • Memory Care

  • Skilled Nursing Homes

  • Senior Apartments

  • In some cases, referrals to private home care agencies

Q: Is there a fee for your senior placement service?
A: No, we do not charge families. We are paid by the senior care facilities we partner with and we sometimes assist pro bono if we believe we can help a family in need.

Q: How do you choose the right facility for a senior?
A: We take time to understand the senior’s care needs, budget, location preferences, and lifestyle. We then match them with vetted facilities and guide families through tours, paperwork, and transition planning.

Q: Do you help with Medicaid-based placements?
A: Yes, in select locations. We’ll let you know upfront if we can assist with Medicaid-specific needs or if we need to refer you to a partner agency.

Q: Do you only work with seniors who have family?
A: No, we also work with case managers, social workers, and independent seniors who are self-navigating care.
